How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your PropertyLM subscription, our support team can help guide you through the process.

To request a cancellation, please contact us using one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send your cancellation request to support@propertylm.ai from the email your account is associated to.

  • Support Ticket: You can also click here to open a support ticket and submit your request directly through our support portal. Be sure to use the same email your account is associated with.

Once your request is received, our team will review and confirm your cancellation—typically within the same business day.

Important: All PropertyLM subscription plans require a 14-day cancellation notice period, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. This means that your subscription will remain active for 14 days after your cancellation request has been received and confirmed.
